about

In Iceland we have about 700 lava tubes - and it is still work in progress, since the newest eruption will probably create several more.

Raufarholshellir is one of the longest and the biggest built 5200 years ago, by the volcano Leiti and by the way - our current volcano is being compared to that one.

The sound was collected when the floor is covered with "ice stalagmites" that are singing in the raindrops.
